Mr. Guo Changsong

Mr. Guo Changsong was born in Ji'an, Jiangxi province in Dec 1969. He graudated from Hohai University, majoring in Economic Law in 1990. Then he went to Wuhan University to further study law during 1993-1996.

Mr. Guo once workerd in Peoplr's Court for 13 years, serving as clerk， executive judge, judge of civil and economic court, vice president of execution court, vice president of economic court, executive director of the court. He resigned from public office in 2003 and served as a in-house counsel of enterprises from nearly 3 years. Now he is one of the managing partners of Jiangsu Zhongshan Mingjing Law Firm. 

Mr. Guo has abundant theoretical knowledge and excellent practical experience. He is an expert of the complicated judicial procedure in China. Furthermore, he has maintained a large network of other professional lawyers, entrepreneurs and in-house counsels. 

Mr. Guo provided legal services for a number of companies including NGC Group, Nanjing Guangxia Group, Nanjing Yarun Tech Co., Ltd., Nanjing Hony Electric Co., Ltd., Nanjing Zhongbu Trade Co., Ltd.,etc. He also earned the award of "Outstanding Lawyer of Jiangsu Province in 2007-2008" as well as "golden lawyer" of the website VIP Law. He is also appointed to be a special lawyer at the Jiangsu Province Legal Aid Center.
